If you’re a people-focused leader with a passion for aged care and a drive for excellence this is a perfect opportunity for you to take the lead in shaping the daily operations at Vickery Court in Invercargill.
We’re looking for an experienced dedicated leader to drive clinical excellence, lead a dedicated team, and ensure outstanding care for our 88 residents.
Reporting directly to the Director of Enliven and working closely with the wider Enliven management team, you’ll be responsible for achieving high-quality clinical and operational outcomes.
At Vickery Court we offer rest home and hospital-level care, short and long-term accommodation, respite services, caregiver support, and palliative care to our 88 residents. The team at Vickery includes a committed team of 90 professionals who create a warm, welcoming environment where residents and their whānau make the most of their strengths and feel included, valued and safe.
