Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse - New Grad

We have opportunities for New Graduate Enrolled and Registered Nurses to join our supportive team at Enliven, Vickery Court, where we provide hospital and residential aged care for our 88 residents.
You will provide exceptional care to our residents in a supportive, person-centered environment. You will work closely with a dedicated team of experienced nurses, healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure the highest standard of care for our elderly residents.
This is a fantastic opportunity for new graduates to transition from study to practice within the aged care sector. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you develop your clinical skills and nursing expertise.
We provide 24/7 care and support for our residents, and this role plays an important part in that commitment. This is a permanent position, 64 hours per fortnight and includes weekend work as part of the roster.

- an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse with a current APC
- strong interpersonal skills combined with a proactive commitment to fostering strong professional relationships with the entire team, residents, family members, and support services
- a genuine passion for working in aged care and providing compassionate, person-centered care
- a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
